Job Title: SEO Specialist (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist with 0 to 3 years of experience in developing effective SEO strategies, preferably for real estate and e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate should understand search engine algorithms and be skilled in data-driven optimization and content strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimise on-page elements, including meta tags, titles, internal linking, and structured data.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.
- Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawl or indexing issues.
- Monitor website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
- Analyse competitors and marketplace trends to enhance the brand’s online performance.
- Prepare regular reports on SEO performance and recommended improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 0–3 years of proven experience in SEO within an agency or in-house role.
- Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve measurable growth in organic traffic and rankings.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.
- Familiarity with content marketing and link-building strategies.
- Awareness of emerging trends such as voice search, AI-driven SEO, and semantic search.
