Responsibilities/Skills:

• Strong knowledge in AWS/Linux/Virtualization/NW in an enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of VMWare ESXi, Apache web servers, Mail, SSH/SSL.
• Experience configuring, managing and maintaining MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience running applications and systems in Amazon Cloud environments.
• Strong Scripting skill in one or more of Perl, Python or bash/shell. – Experienced or good understanding of Jenkins, AWS and VMware.
• Installations, patching of OS/apps etc. – Experience working with monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Clusters, Storage, Backups, Data Export/Import, Monitoring tools and disaster recovery.
• SSH / SSL knowledge is a must
