- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good to have ITIL Certification.
- Should have experience in Technical Support.
- Should have hands on experience in Log Analysis.
- Good to have experience in DevOps.
- Good to have TOEFL / IELTS certifications.
- Good to have experience in Linux Administration.
- Good to have basic knowledge in SQL.
- Good team player.
- Should be ready to work in Shifts.
