Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage Salesforce operations efficiently.
• Maintain regular communication with Telco Partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Monitor JIRA tickets and coordinate with the Product Team to ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee the end-to-end resolution of issues escalated to redR.
• Identify key insights and areas for improvement, and design/implement experiments to enhance processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Process & Product teams to prioritize and resolve critical issues.
