Responsibilities:

• Analyzes and solves complex problems and suggests new and/or significantly reengineered processes across projects using innovative approaches.
• Analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of known and unknown factors.
• Exercises judgment based on an understanding of division direction and priorities.
• Balances organizational or subject matter priorities for a project.
• Participates in setting group objectives by recommending project ideas to management.
• Initiates, develops and implements plans for complex projects with little to no supervision.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in development using Object Oriented Patterns.
• Experience in OJet web components would be added advantage.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Expertise in React or Angular and Node JS along with related libraries like Redux and saga.
• Experience in implementing enterprise design Patterns
• Experience with backend technologies such as  C++ or Java
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Data Stores (SQL/NoSql, etc) Restful API/GraphQL
• Experience in Agile Development Methods such as scrum
• Experience in Rational Clearcase
• Exposure to product release cycles, from concept to delivery
• Exposure to Cloud technologies, Generative AI
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD concepts and tools
• Strong Communication and problem solving skills.
• Experience with web debugging and performance testing software.
• Strong people skills in working in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
