Responsibilities/Skills :

• 3+ years of project experience in a hands-on technical position
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
• Has worked on multiple Salesforce project deployments including release and multi-environment management, integration to legacy systems using Salesforce APIs, and requiring original code development
• Experience implementing new deployments of Salesforce
• Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management)
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture
• Working hands-on experience in writing code in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript
• Hands-on experience in any JavaScript technologies like Node, Angular, and React is a huge plus
• Experience with Web Services Concepts like REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
• Experience implementing new Service Cloud deployments, TableauCRM, and Experience Cloud is preferred
• Any Salesforce certifications, preferably Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II certifications are preferred
• Understanding of Service Cloud, Macros, LiveAgent Development, Omni-Channel, SOS, Snap-In’s is preferred
