Job Description:
- Respond to client queries via inbound calls, emails, chat and web tickets within defined SLAs.
- MDM Tool – Enrollment/De-enrollment, Add/remove Users & Devices, Pushing Applications/updates &
- Managing Rules, Mobile Setup (IOS and Android devices).
- How to Reset (IOS and Android devices).
- Troubleshooting on WIFI issues.
- Synch Issues: (Email, calendar and contact).
- Business application.
