Responsibilities/Skills :

• Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document the requirements of the processes to be automated.
• RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Create automation workflows, configure bots, and ensure they operate efficiently.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Debug and optimize automation scripts as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of RPA solutions, including process documentation, technical specifications, and change logs.
• Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support for deployed RPA solutions, monitor their performance, and address any issues or enhancements as required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new automation opportunities, prioritize projects, and contribute to the automation roadmap.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure RPA solutions comply with data security and regulatory requirements. Implement best practices for secure automation.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end-users and stakeholders on how to interact with automated processes and troubleshoot basic issues.
