Responsibilities/Skills :

• Validate and verify software/system requirements are achieved through daily automated and manual application testing and validation efforts
• Develop and maintain acceptance testing criteria documentation
• Assist with Product Operations user issues/questions that could benefit future quality assurance processes
• Participate in the following business rhythms:
• Agile Project Planning & Estimation meetings reviewing feature backlog and identification of potential impacts of proposed changes to timelines, budgets, resources, and project scope
• Prepares and documents quality assurance solutions by determining and reviewing/designing system specifications
• Document and Implement Test case automation
• Contribute to the Software Development Team’s deliverables through:
• Demonstrate solutions by building appropriate levels of documentation through flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and charts
• Manual Test Case Documentation & Execution
• Workflows and modeling when appropriate
• Maintaining, designing, and developing Quality Assurance processes
• Improve manual system operations by conducting appropriate analysis as needed; make recommendations to changes in policies and procedures
• Support System Administration of Baby Trax and Client View platforms
