Responsibilities/Skills :
- Work as part of an Agile team, helping to ensure that all User Stories have well-documented User
- Acceptance Criteria, and that those tests are executed within the iteration cycle
- Collaborating with other stakeholders including colleagues in Product, Development, QA, Users
- Promptly provide testing feedback and communication to all stakeholders
- Be responsible for the whole software testing lifecycle (analyzing the business requirements, support in preparing the test plans, creating the test cases (both manual and automated))
- Plan and coordinate all cycles of testing, including functional-level system tests business scenario-based testing, to ensure proper test coverage while mitigating redundancy where possible
- Reporting and managing defects through to successful resolution
- Following up with team members with unresolved issues, or to confirm resolved issues
Support Continuous Integration - Experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) helpful
- Collaborate with programmers and business experts to gain an understanding of complex business logic
- Participate in daily scrums features planning discussion
- 3+ years of experience in Mobile/Web/API testing – including test planning, authoring, execution & defect reporting in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)
- Understanding the processes of development and testing in Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
- Good understanding of QA theory and practice as part of SDLC
- Working hours must include US Central Time morning time (8am-12pm CT).
- Experience working in fast-paced agile environments (SCRUM)
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Demonstrable knowledge of QA test automation is plus
- 3 or more years experience Developing Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Cases
- Attentions to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving
