We are an agile team utilizing recent NLP and speech technology and delivering a truly global scalable solution used by millions of our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement product advancements in our Virtual Assistant platform with best practices in mind.
• Ideate, consult on and develop new product properties.
• Investigate potential critical issues and determine appropriate actions.
• Analyze end-to-end performance where needed.
• Work with an enthusiastic DevOps team in an Agile environment.
• Shares knowledge to other development team members.
