Required Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an IT, IS, or business-related field
• Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM suite and Case Management application.
• Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Designs and develops new ServiceNow workflows and processes.
• Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Utilize Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Workflow editor, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5.
• Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications.
• Knowledgeable in the integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications.
• Comply with ServiceNow best practices to maintain system compliance.
