Responsibilities/Skills :

• End-to-end understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• A firm grasp over writing data queries in SQL, utilizing HTML email templates and Ampscript
• Effective communication skills to execute the client’s email and mobile campaigns
• Know how to configure Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce
• Understand Web Studio/Cloud pages and landing pages
• Can manage Automation Studio implementing multiple activities including Data Extract, File Transfer, Data filters and measures
• Understand Sales Cloud objects and integration
• Are knowledgeable on data migration using package manager and deployment manager
• Have an understanding of analytics builder and generating Datorama reports
• Have 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform
• Are experienced in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder & Mobile Studio and are proficient in HTML/CSS & Javascript
• Have a SFMC Email Specialist Certification
• Collaborate and train other team members on basic functionalities for SFMC
• Work closely with clients to understand & review their Marketing Automation strategy and requirements
• Create, update and maintain Data extension, List, Subscribers, etc.
• Manage Automation Studio, implementing multiple activities including File drop, Scheduled and SQL, etc.
• Expand the capabilities of the SFMC by testing and implementing newly released functionality
• Leverage Journey Builder to develop multi-touch communications
• Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platform, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc.
• Follow email compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR as well as email deliverability best practices
• Develop solutions in SFMC, optimizing the performance of their automation strategies
