- Responsible for providing information for all incoming product inquiries.
- Provide all necessary details about the products with pricing details.
- Provide details via chat support for a various product categories.
- Effective English written communication skills.
- Excellent, analytical, listening and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements.
- Candidate must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be flexible for rotational shifts.
- Other BPO domain experiences with good communication skills are also preferred.
- Must be willing to join the company immediately.
