Job Role: Technical Support Associate
Eligibility : BE/B Tech/MCA/M Sc
Walk-In Date: 27th to 30th November 2017
Walk-InTime: 12 PM
Job Location: Hyderabad
- Will be involved in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End Users
- Must provide external Commercial Account End Users across NA, EMEA & AP.
- Should be handling inbound calls / emails / chats resolving technical issues for end users.
- Must be proficient in Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
- Should be proficient in Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting.
- Must have ability to identify basic hardware parts and awareness of basic hardware concepts.
- Must have user level familiarity with at least one e-mail client – Outlook, Notes etc.
- Should skilled in commercially standard software applications and major desktop operating systems.
- Must have awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
- Must have questioning / probing skills, as relevant to the issue and level of the Caller.
- Must have fluency in English Communications Skills (both spoken and written) / soft skills.
