- Provide response to customer inquiries utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled correctly and efficiently, in support of current Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, and in conjunction with GCS policies and procedures.
- The support is extended through all 3 channels Voice, Email and Chat.
- Experience with Customer Support center (International voice process) is preferred.
- Excellent written, interpersonal communication and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work in US shifts 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.
- Transport will be provided free of cost in night shifts.
- Comfortable with Voice process.
- Candidate must be a Graduate.
